My son Charlie turned 4 today and I had to make him a cake of his choice....so dragon it was.

Batman Cake

My girlfriend Jen's little girl Loganne turned 4 in February and she had a batman themed party.  I just love that she is already a little tomboy.  Here is here cake and cupcakes.

Starbucks Cake

My girlfriend Sarah and her family are moving to Seattle next week, and we always keep joking that the only good thing about moving up there is that the coffee is better. And anyone that knows me well, knows that my name and Starbucks are synonymous...lol. So I made a Starbucks cake to send her off to start a new life. We will miss you Sarah, Dennis, Ellie and Gavin!

Christmas Cake....I know its almost February

I have been lagging updating my blogs, but here is a darling Christmas cake I made. Elf and snowman and lights made from gumpaste. Chococlate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream.



Woodland Fairy Cake

There are times when one cake in particular really gets me excited. And this month, it was this cake. All of the fairies, gnomes, animals and mushrooms are made of gum paste. Cake is the tree stump, covered with fondant and hand painted. The grass is dyed and baked coconut.

Kami's Baby Shower Cake

So we have all been waiting the arrival of baby number two....
Tonight for Kami's baby shower I made this two-tiered chocolate and vanilla cake. 

Rocker Baby Shower Cake

My girlfriend Chelsie is having a baby boy in October, so the other night we all got together to celebrate.  I made this little 9" round cake.  The theme was rock star because we all stayed up way too late play rock band.  The sides are piano keys with a little skull and cross bones onsie on top.
